The owner of Jamjar, wanted to open more locations. Only, this time, the brand and dining experience was modified. The new emphasis was healthy, organic Lebanese ingredients served fast. All to be set in a vibrant, energetic, colourful room that represented elements of Lebanese heritage, local ingredients and their pop-culture. The intent was to cater to a youthful, on-the-go, global mind-set.
Green panelling, weathered wood tables, mosaic tiles and brass chairs represented the heritage. Ingredients such as lemons, roses and pomegranates became bold wall graphics with pop-culture patterns and figures. Small tables for two and bar seating, allowed ample space for on-the-go patrons to approach the food line and order efficiently all while feeling the friendly and casual vibe of Lebanon.
